  • 2 lb. boneless chicken
  • fresh peppers
  • fresh mushrooms
  • fresh tomatoes
  • Ken's lite Caesar dressing

Directions

    Cut chicken and veggies into chunks.

    Put in dish and marinate with dressing for 2 hours.

    Put on skewers, alternating veggies and chicken.
