- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken strips
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.

2Add chicken strips, salt and pepper and cook until chicken is done. Add can of soup and simmer about 30 minutes.

3Serve over rice.
