Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken strips
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.

    Add chicken strips, salt and pepper and cook until chicken is done. Add can of soup and simmer about 30 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
