  • 4 qt. water
  • 1 lb. skinless chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 3 to 4 peppercorns
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 5 sprigs parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 oz. noodles or rice
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced
  • cubed chicken

Directions

    Cook 1 hour the water, chicken breasts, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon salt, basil, peppercorns, 1 rib of celery, garlic, thyme and parsley.
