  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 or 3 chicken bouillon cubes

    Put chicken in a big pot.

    Cook chicken until it comes off the bone; remove to cool.

    Cut carrots and celery; chop onion.

    Cut up chicken from bone and add.

    Cook until tender.
