- 1 roasting chicken
- 4 large carrots
- 4 yukon gold potatoes
- 2 leeks
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 ears corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
Directions

1Add chopped leeks and bay leaves to 2-3 inches of water and boil while you chop and debone your chicken.

2Add the carrotts and potatoes and broth to the pot and boil.

3Strip chicken from the bones and add to pot.

4Chop sweet potato and remove corn from the cobb and add to pot.

5Boil until veggies are done.
