- 3 c. diced chicken
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. diced onion
- salt and pepper
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Combine chicken stock, chicken, celery, carrots and onion. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes.

2Season to taste.

3Add bouillon cubes.

4Pour hot into hot jars leaving 1-inch headspace.

5Adjust caps.

6Process pints 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Use whole chicken for making stock.
