  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned (save broth)
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small jar chopped pimientos, drained
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. cooked spaghetti, drained
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

    Saute pepper, onion, mushrooms and pimiento in oleo until soft.

    Melt together Velveeta, mushroom soup, chicken soup, tomatoes and 1 cup chicken broth.

    Mix altogether.

    Heat in 350° oven until bubbling.
