Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked chicken
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 c. raw spaghetti, broken in 2-inch pieces
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 3 celery spears
  • 1 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (reserve 1/3)

Directions

    Cook spaghetti and drain.

    Mix soup and chicken broth and heat. Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole.

    Top with 1/3 of the cheese.

    Cover and bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.

    Can freeze.
