Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small box Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. tomatoes (optional)
Directions

1Boil chicken and cook until done; save broth.

2Set aside until cool.

3Slice chicken breast into 2-inch long slivers.

4Set aside. In a medium size skillet saute the butter, onion and celery.

5Add the mushroom soup.

6Cut cheese into small blocks and add to skillet mixture.

7Put in the milk, then add chicken breasts.

8Stir mixture well and cook until done.

9Add mixture to cooked spaghetti noodles.

10Put diced tomatoes on top for added taste and color (optional).
