- 1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut into bite sized pieces
- 8 to 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 garlic pods
- celery
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. diced mushrooms
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Dice onions, bell pepper, garlic and celery.

2Saute in butter (1 stick).

3Combine spaghetti and sauteed vegetables in a 4-quart baking dish.

4Stir in soups.

5Add mushrooms, if desired.

6Add chicken.

7Stir in cheese.

8Sprinkle with chili pepper.

9Can also add sliced green olives, if desired.

10Heat 25 minutes at 325°, until cheese is thoroughly melted.
