  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb. Healthy Request fat-free cheese
  • 1/2 c. fat-free butter
  • 1 can LeSueur English peas, drained
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 c. fat-free chicken broth
