- 1 (5 lb.) pkg. chicken legs
- 2 to 3 cans stewed tomatoes with juice
- 1 to 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with juice
- 1 large jar pimentos, drained
- 2 large jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 pkg. cooked spaghetti
- 2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- seasoning to taste
- Pam spray
Directions

1Boil chicken legs until cooked (reserve chicken stock).

2Mix chicken meat (skinned and boned), stewed tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, pimentos, mushrooms and 1 pound of Cheddar cheese. Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

3Add cooked spaghetti.

4Mix well.
