- chicken
- 12 to 16 oz. spaghetti
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken; remove from broth and cool.

2Save broth.

3Debone chicken.

4Cook 12 to 16 ounces spaghetti in chicken broth until tender.

5Do not drain.

6When spaghetti is tender, add onion and green pepper which have been sauteed in butter.

7Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese which have been cubed.

8Add chicken. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° until bubbly.
