Ingredients

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 1 garlic button
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. comino
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 qt. chicken stock
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • American or Velveeta
  • chicken, deboned

Directions

    Fry onions, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic in small amount of oil.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Let simmer 2 hours.

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling water 10 minutes.

    Drain and blanch.

    Cook until tender in additional quart of chicken broth.

    Mix spaghetti with sauce and layer with spaghetti, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.

    Heat through until cheese is melted at 350°.
