- 1 chicken (about 3 lb.)
- 2 qt. chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (12 oz.) long thin spaghetti
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 large can mushroom soup
- 3 c. Colby cheese, grated
Directions

1Boil chicken and cut in cubes.

2Reserve 2 quarts of broth and cook spaghetti in this until tender.

3Saute onion, pepper and celery in oleo in skillet until tender.

4Mix all ingredients, except 1 cup of cheese.

5Pour into 9 x 13 x 3-inch oblong dish and top with remaining cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
