- 4 or 5 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta, grated
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Boil salted and peppered chicken.

2Tear chicken apart in small pieces.

3Set aside.

4In chicken broth, cook spaghetti.

5Saute chopped onion in butter.

6Mix spaghetti, onion, drained English peas, tomatoes, soup and chicken.

7Sprinkle Velveeta into mixture and mix together.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
