- 6 to 8 lb. chicken
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. green peppers
- 1 c. onions
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- butter
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 lb. grated cheese
- 1 large can tomatoes, mashed
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Save broth where chicken is cooked to cook spaghetti in.

2Cook celery, onions and green pepper in butter until color changes.

3To this, add soups, salt and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.

4Then add chopped chicken.

5Mix additional ingredients to drained, cooked spaghetti.

6Pour into a long shallow pan.

7Put grated cheese on top.

8Cook in a 350° oven until cheese is melted well.

9Serves 20 people.
