  • 1 box Betty Crocker Pound Cake Mix
  • 2/3 cup water or milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 stick softened margarine spread
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (EXCEPT confectioner's sugar).

    Mix according to time on pound cake box.

    Place mixture in the baking pan of your choice (I used a round bundt pan).

    Spread evenly.

    Bake according to time specified on box (depending on which pan used).

    40 mins for round bundt pan.

    Allow to cool for 10 mins.

    Remove cake from pan.

    Lightly dust with confectioner's sugar.
