Chicken Spaghetti

- 1 hen or 2 fryers
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 2 pkg. or 1 large pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can pimento (optional)
- 2 to 3 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1Season fryer, cover with water and let cook on low heat about 3 to 4 hours.

2Let stand in broth until cool.

3Remove chicken from broth and bone.

4Saute in skillet 2 sticks of margarine with bell peppers and onions.

5Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; add water if needed.

6Do not drain spaghetti.

7Add pimento, Velveeta cheese and tomatoes.

8Mix thoroughly and cover.

9Let stand on warm burner for 30 minutes.

10If you desire it to be hotter in taste, add another can of Ro-Tel tomatoes.

11Serves 8 people (or can be frozen for one of those nights I don't want to cook).
