- 2 fryers
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- oleo
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 4 small jars pimentos
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated hoop cheese
Directions

1Boil and remove meat from fryers, saving broth.

2Saute in oleo the following: onions, bell pepper and chopped celery.

3Then add pimentos and soups.

4Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

5Do not drain.

6Pour in casserole.

7Add all ingredients, then top with hoop cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
