Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 fryers
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • oleo
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 4 small jars pimentos
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. grated hoop cheese

Directions

    Boil and remove meat from fryers, saving broth.

    Saute in oleo the following: onions, bell pepper and chopped celery.

    Then add pimentos and soups.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Do not drain.

    Pour in casserole.

    Add all ingredients, then top with hoop cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
