  • chicken, cook and remove from bones
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Directions

    Cook chicken and remove from bones.

    In large pan, cook oleo, onions, celery and bell pepper until vegetables are limp.

    Add soups and Velveeta cheese.

    Add chicken, water chestnuts and cooked spaghetti or serve the spaghetti separately.
