- 1 lb. very thin spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- onion and bell peppers
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Reserve juice and cook spaghetti. Put spaghetti in a large bowl and add soup, chopped chestnuts, Ro-Tel tomatoes, cheese, onion and bell peppers (that have been sauteed).

3Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish or 2 smaller ones.

4Put 1/2 cup cheese on top and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
