Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 qt. broth
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 medium can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. black olives
  • 1 can mushroom soup (or celery or chicken)

Directions

    Boil chicken, cool, debone and chop (reserve broth).

    Fry bacon.

    Remove when done.

    In bacon grease cook onion, green pepper and celery.

    Cook all, then crumble in bacon.

    Cook spaghetti in broth until done.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix all and put in 2 baking dishes.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional).

    Bake at 350° until it gets good and hot.
