Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken, cooked and deboned (save broth)
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can Ro-Tel (or stewed) tomatoes
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- garlic salt (to taste)
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.

2Cook spaghetti in broth from chicken.

3Cut chicken into small pieces.

4Mix all ingredients together and add chicken.

5Put in 9 X 13 baking dish and top with grated Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella.

6Cook at 350° for 40 minutes.
