- 1 large fryer
- 1 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. flour
- 5 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can pimentos
- 2 small cloves garlic
- 2/3 lb. spaghetti
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Remove from bone.

3Cut into small pieces.

4Melt margarine.

5Add flour and dissolve.

6Add 5 cups broth and milk.

7Cook until thick.

8Add celery, mushrooms, tomato paste, chopped pimentos and chopped garlic to sauce.

9Let stand at least 1 hour.

10(Best to let stand in refrigerator overnight.) Cook spaghetti.

11Add sauce and pour into large casserole.

12Cover generously with Parmesan cheese.

13Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

14Serve with garlic bread.
