  • 1 (5 lb) boiled chicken
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lb Velveeta
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 jar pimientos
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 lb spaghetti

Directions

    Boil and de-bone chicken.

    Saute peppers and onions in butter. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.
