  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 (5 or 6 lb.) hen, cook until tender and cube
  • 1/2 lb. butter or oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 lb. cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 2 c. water
  • crackers, crumbled

    Cook hen until tender and cube.

    Cook butter, flour and milk to soft sauce, stirring constantly.

    Cube cheese, add to undiluted soup;
