Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 10 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • chicken fat or oleo (1/2 to 3/4 c.)

Directions

    Stew chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, chopped onions, chicken bouillon and red pepper.

    When done, drain and reserve broth.

    Cool and chop into bite size pieces.

    Heat broth to a rolling boil and add spaghetti.

    Let it come to a boil again and stir just to separate.

    Turn off heat.

    Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
