- 4 to 5 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes
- 10 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- chicken fat or oleo (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
Directions

1Stew chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, chopped onions, chicken bouillon and red pepper.

2When done, drain and reserve broth.

3Cool and chop into bite size pieces.

4Heat broth to a rolling boil and add spaghetti.

5Let it come to a boil again and stir just to separate.

6Turn off heat.

7Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
