Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken or chicken breasts
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
  • 1 large chopped onion

Directions

    Boil chicken; cut into bite size pieces.

    Saute pepper, celery and onion in small amount of butter.

    Add mushrooms and pimentos. Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth until tender; drain.

    Add soup and evaporated milk.

    Add chicken and sauteed ingredients to the spaghetti mixture; mix well.

    Sprinkle cheese on top; heat for 20 minutes at 350°.
