Chicken Spaghetti

- 1 (3 lb.) chicken or chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 box spaghetti
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
- 1 large chopped onion
Directions

1Boil chicken; cut into bite size pieces.

2Saute pepper, celery and onion in small amount of butter.

3Add mushrooms and pimentos. Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth until tender; drain.

4Add soup and evaporated milk.

5Add chicken and sauteed ingredients to the spaghetti mixture; mix well.

6Sprinkle cheese on top; heat for 20 minutes at 350°.
