Chicken Spaghetti

  • 4 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, broken spaghetti
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook vegetables in chicken broth.

    Drain, but keep broth.

    Mix vegetables, chicken, spaghetti, soup, 1/2 of the cheese and broth together.

    Put in baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
