Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer or hen
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can chicken broth
  • 3/4 lb. yellow Velveeta cheese
  • #2 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 16-oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 1/2 small can of ripe olives

    Boil

    chicken until tender. Bone and cut up into pieces. Saute veggies in butter until tender and light brown.

    Add soup and broth, grated cheese, chicken, tomatoes, Tabasco and salt. Cook spaghetti.

    Drain. Add to above. Add olives.

    Cover and bake at 350°for 30 to 40 minutes.
