- 1 chicken
- 7 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can Ro-Tel or salsa
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Boil chicken and then remove from broth.

2Add spaghetti to broth.

3Cook until tender and then drain.

4While spaghetti is boiling, saute onion and bell pepper in 1 stick of butter until tender.

5Melt cheese in a double boiler.

6Add salsa and mushroom soup.

7Mix well.

8Debone chicken.

9Combine all ingredients together in a pot.
