- 1 chicken
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- chopped celery to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Cook and debone chicken, saving broth.

2Combine Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken, onions and celery in broth.

3Cook spaghetti in this mixture until done.

4When done, add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes.

5Pour into greased pans and sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Will make three 8 x 8-inch pans.

8If freezing, do not place grated cheese on top until you remove from freezer.
