Chicken Spaghetti

  • 4 to 5 lb. hen
  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Boil hen; remove from bones and chop.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until brown. Add all other ingredients.

    Cook on low heat until cheese has melted.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
