- 20 grams Spicy Tortilla Chips (optional)
- 150 grams Breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 350 grams Cod (or Fish Of Choice)
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 150 grams Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Oil, For Frying
Directions

1Blitz the tortilla chips in a food processor and then add breadcrumbs, seasoning and spices and continue processing until everything is well-combined.

2Cut up the fish fillets into medium sized chunks.

3Take three bowls: in one, place the prepared breadcrumbs; in the second, beat the eggs; and in the third bowl, place the flour.

4One at a time, dip the fish first in the flour, then egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs.

5Set on a plate or baking tray.

6Fry in 1 tablespoon of oil until they are nice and golden.

7Serve immediately with a lovely salad, fries or jacket potatoes!
