  • 3 lb. chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 12 oz. chopped pimento
  • 12 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sliced ripe olives
  • 20 oz. box spaghetti

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite sizes.

    Saute celery, peppers and onions in olive oil.

    Add mushrooms, cheese, soups, broth, pimentos, olives and chicken.

    Cook spaghetti noodles and mix with other ingredients.

    Heat as a casserole at 350° for 20 minutes.
