- 3 lb. chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 12 oz. chopped pimento
- 12 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. sliced ripe olives
- 20 oz. box spaghetti
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite sizes.

2Saute celery, peppers and onions in olive oil.

3Add mushrooms, cheese, soups, broth, pimentos, olives and chicken.

4Cook spaghetti noodles and mix with other ingredients.

5Heat as a casserole at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Serves 16.
