Chicken Spaghetti For 12

Ingredients
- 1 hen (4 or 5 lb.)
- 2 green peppers, diced
- celery, diced (2 or 3 stalks)
- 3 large onions, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 1 can pimento, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil hen until tender and bone.

2Melt margarine and saute peppers, celery, onions, garlic and mushrooms until tender.

3Add tomato soup, chicken, pimento and bay leaf. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Cook spaghetti separately and add when ready to serve. Add cheese last and let melt into all before serving.
