Peach Pie Pudding

- 1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, undrained
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Reserve several peach slices for garnish, if desired.

2Mash peaches in saucepan.

3Sitr in sugar, tapioca and water.

4Let stand 5 minutes.

5Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil.

6Pour into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.

7Place plastic wrap on surface of dessert dishes.

8Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.

9Garnish with reserved peach slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired.

10Variation: Substitute 1 can (16 oz.)

11pear halves, undrained, for peaches.

12Omit water.

13Note: Recipe can be doubled.
