  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can tomatoes n green chilis
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small block of reduced fat Velveeta
  • 1 box spaghetti noodles
  • 1 small can of sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Poach chicken, set aside to cool

    Boil spaghetti noodles for 7-8 minutes

    After draining spaghetti add Velveeta soup tomatoes chilies and mushrooms

    While the cheese melts shred the chicken up into bite size pieces then stir into cheese mixture
  5. 5
    Pour everything into a baking dish and bake at 375 until top is golden n bubbly
