- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. celery
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
Directions

1Mix in bowl the chuck, rice, chopped green peppers, onion, celery, shredded cabbage, salt and pepper.

2Mix together and make into large meatballs.

3Place in baking dish or casserole.

4Pour tomato soup and water over it.

5Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
