  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water

Directions

    Mix in bowl the chuck, rice, chopped green peppers, onion, celery, shredded cabbage, salt and pepper.

    Mix together and make into large meatballs.

    Place in baking dish or casserole.

    Pour tomato soup and water over it.

    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
