  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • buttered bread cubes

Directions

    Thaw spinach and drain well.

    Place spinach in buttered casserole.

    Put chicken over spinach and cover with egg slices. Mix sour cream and soup.

    Spread over casserole and top with buttered bread cubes.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly and bread cubes are brown.
