  • 2 skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt

  • 14 cup diced carrot
  • 14 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 18 cup red bell pepper
  • 4 -6 egg roll wraps
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Directions

    Heat small skillet and add olive oil.
