  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth.

    Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onion; mix well. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; seal perforations. Spoon 1/4 of chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle.

    Pull 4 corners of dough to center and seal.

    Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with croutons.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 24 minutes, until golden brown.
