- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Wash, then dry chicken legs with paper towels.

2Cut the chicken legs at the joint to yield 8 pieces.

3Debone and discard the skins.

4Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry, salt, sugar and garlic.
