- 14 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 13 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 lbs mixed vegetables
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
Directions

1Chop Chicken into 1 inch pieces.

2In a dutch oven, heat olive oil on high heat and brown chicken for 4-5 minutes.

3Remove chicken from pot.

4Add margarine and cook sage leaves for 1 minute.

5Remove sage and add vegetables.

6Sprinkle flour over vegetables and mix for 1 minute until blended.

7Add chicken broth and chicken together and cook it up.

8Serve over rice or noodles.
