  • 14 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 13 lbs chicken breasts
  • 2 lbs mixed vegetables
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1 12 cups chicken broth

Directions

    Chop Chicken into 1 inch pieces.

    In a dutch oven, heat olive oil on high heat and brown chicken for 4-5 minutes.

    Remove chicken from pot.

    Add margarine and cook sage leaves for 1 minute.

    Remove sage and add vegetables.

    Sprinkle flour over vegetables and mix for 1 minute until blended.

    Add chicken broth and chicken together and cook it up.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
