- 6 chicken legs and thighs
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 or 4 carrots, cut up
- 2 small onions
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 sticks celery, cut up
- 1 pkg. Equal or Sweet 'N Low
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Pour off all fat and debone chicken.

3In a pot, combine chicken, water, bouillon and all ingredients.

4Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.

5Season to taste.

6(I like Mrs. Dash table blend and/or extra spicy.)
