Ingredients

  • 6 chicken legs and thighs
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 or 4 carrots, cut up
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 sticks celery, cut up
  • 1 pkg. Equal or Sweet 'N Low

Directions

    Cook chicken until tender.

    Pour off all fat and debone chicken.

    In a pot, combine chicken, water, bouillon and all ingredients.

    Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.

    Season to taste.

    (I like Mrs. Dash table blend and/or extra spicy.)

    Serves 3 to 5.
