- 1 fryer
- about 3 c. hot broth
- hot pepper, black pepper and salt to taste
- 2 medium onions
- about 2 c. whole milk
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Boil fryer until tender and remove meat from bone.

2Save broth from cooked chicken.

3With a food chopper, grind chicken meat and return to about 3 cups hot broth with hot pepper, black pepper and salt to taste.

4Grind onions; add about 2 cups whole milk and margarine to broth and chicken.

5Bring chicken and broth to a boil.

6Remove from heat, add crackers (crumbled) to thicken the stew.
