  • 5 hens
  • 2 qt. sweet milk
  • 6 lb. onions
  • 1/2 box Morton salt
  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cans corn (cream-style)
  • 12 lb. Irish potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter or oleo
  • 1 bottle catsup

Directions

    Cook hens tender.

    Cool and cut into small pieces.

    Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, and cook over low fire for 2 or 3 hours.

    Add diced potatoes and continue cooking for another hour.

    Serve hot with saltine crackers.
