  • 6 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

    Cut chicken breast into 2 long strips.

    In a bowl, combine milk and egg and mix well.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Set your dishes as a dredging station in a row.

    Start by first coat the chicken in the flour mixture, squeeze the flour tight onto the chicken.

    Next dip it in the egg wash, then a second time in the flour mixture, again squeezing the flour onto the chicken.

    Deep fry the chicken breasts in a deep frier with the oil preheated to 365F, fry for 8 minutes.

    Place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
