- 6 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sage
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Directions

1Cut chicken breast into 2 long strips.

2In a bowl, combine milk and egg and mix well.

3Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Set your dishes as a dredging station in a row.

5Start by first coat the chicken in the flour mixture, squeeze the flour tight onto the chicken.

6Next dip it in the egg wash, then a second time in the flour mixture, again squeezing the flour onto the chicken.

7Deep fry the chicken breasts in a deep frier with the oil preheated to 365F, fry for 8 minutes.

8Place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
