- 3 lbs (1.4 kg) boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 2 T soy sauce
- 3/4tsp salt
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp (5 ml) pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut chicken into 3 x 1 inch strips and place in a shallow dish.

2Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt; pour over chicken.

3Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes.

4Combine flour, pepper, salt and paprika.

5Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, and fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown.

6Drain on paper towel.
