  • 3 lbs (1.4 kg) boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c lemon juice
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 3/4tsp salt
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika
  • vegetable oil

    Cut chicken into 3 x 1 inch strips and place in a shallow dish.

    Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt; pour over chicken.

    Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes.

    Combine flour, pepper, salt and paprika.

    Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture, and fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown.

    Drain on paper towel.
